General Information

Shoreside Property Management aims to provide a competitive, personal service to our Clients and provide clean, comfortable, well maintained holiday properties for our clients’ enjoyment.

Our main season runs from April to October, with many properties continuing to be let throughout the winter offering full, weekend and midweek breaks. Book early for Christmas, New Year and February half term.

Our local knowledge and relationship with local businesses means we can provide best value services with savings for both our owners and holiday clients alike.

We employ our own cleaning and maintenance staff who work to a very high standard and will be on hand to deal with any problems should they arise during your stay. Each property will be cleaned prior to occupation and clients are expected to leave them clean
and tidy on departure

We encourage our owners to maintain their properties to a high standard and we work closely with them to achieve this.

All properties are adequately furnished and equipped for the number of people the property can sleep. As standard each property will include the following unless otherwise stated: Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, Crockery, Cutlery, Cooking Utensils & Equipment, Duvets, Pillows, Mattress Protectors, Tea Towel, Oven Gloves and Bath Mat .

Our properties do not provide Linen or Towels. We can arrange to provide these for you via our in house hire service. We can also arrange a pre-arrival bed making service. Other items such as Travel Cots, Highchairs, Z beds, Wheelchairs and Motorised Buggies can also be hired through us. A maid service is available during your stay if required at an additional cost.

Our weekly rates include all utility and administration costs (unless otherwise stated on the property description) there are no hidden extras .

A high percentage of our properties allow well behaved pets at no extra charge. However pets are not permitted on furniture or in bedrooms and owners are expected to clear up after them both indoors and outdoors.

Our properties comply with all legal safety requirements and are all “Non Smoking”.

Each property description is accurate at time of printing and will be true to the property and its contents at that time. Whilst we will make every effort to advise our clients of any known significant changes, we cannot be held responsible for any change made without our prior knowledge.
