Our properties are available for holidays all year round and we also offer weekend and midweek breaks subject to availability

Our local knowledge and relationship with local businesses means we can provide best value services with savings to both our owners and holiday clients alike

We encourage our owners to maintain their properties to a high standard and we work closely with them to achieve this. 

We employ our own cleaning and maintenance staff who also work to a very high standard and will be on hand to deal with any problems should they arise during your stay.  Every property is cleaned in readiness for each arrival and we ask that it is left clean and tidy on departure

All our properties are adequately furnished and equipped for the number of people the property sleeps and will include:- Crockery, Cutlery, Cooking Utensils, Cooking Equipment,
Duvets, Pillows, Tea Towel, Bath Mat and some cleaning products

Our properties do not provide Linen or Towels.  We can arrange to provide these for you via our in house hire service.  We can also arrange a pre-arrival bed making service.

Other items such as Cots, Highchairs, Wheelchairs and Motorised Buggies can also be hired through us

Our weekly rates include all utility and administration costs.

Our property descriptions are accurate at time of printing and will be true to the property and its contents at this time.  Whilst we will make every effort to advise our clients of any known significant changes, we cannot be held responsible for any change made without giving us prior notice.  Please contact our office prior to arrival should you need any clarification.
