Local Attractions The Witterings area local attractions include: Surfing, Diving, Fishing, Sailing, Boat Trips and Horse Riding, plus of course the lovely beaches, Butterfly Gardens and endless walks - our local villages cater for almost everything. The village of East Wittering has two supermarkets (Tesco & Co-op), chemists, butchers, greengrocers, delicatessen, fishmongers and a traditional sweet shop! Together with souvenir shops, post office, clothing and shoe retailers, hardware, florist, beauty centres, hairdressers, two public houses, a sports bar and Post Office. Restaurants include Indian, and English and take away services for Chinese, Indian and fish 'n' chips. There are three banks: Lloyds TSB, Barclays and HSBC and many other local services. The village of West Wittering has two convenience/souvenir stores, butchers, beachware outlet, restaurant and local bar, which serves food. Together with a country club which offers holiday membership. The village of Bracklesham Bay has two convenience stores, bike hire, Chinese and English restaurants and take away service for fish 'n' chips, pizza's, Chinese and Indian. Chichester has many attractions whether you fancy a trip to the theatre, a museum visit, a day at the races, a cruise on the canal, a visit to the planetarium or just a browse round the shops.
