There are fields at the back of the property and panoramic views of the Downs. The local shops and restaurants of East Wittering are within walking distance.

Large fully fitted kitchen with table and chairs, range double oven cooker and gas hob, American style fridge/freezer with water cooler and ice maker, Dishwasher and Washing Machine.
Family room with sofa bed and doors leading into south facing conservatory/play room.
Lounge is south facing with widescreen high level TV, Freeview, DVD, Video and Piano.
Bedroom 1 with king size bed.Shower room and WC. Stairs (with stair gate) leading to first floor. Bedroom 2 with two single beds that can be joined to make a super king bed. Bedroom 3 with king size bed and ceiling fan. Family bathroom with corner bath and shower. Gas Central Heating
Outside covered play area leading to rear garden which has a child’s slide, swing chair and gas barbeque (the owners accept no responsibility for any injury sustained as a result of guests using these items)
Drive way parking for up to 4 cars
There is a highchair and cot bed if required.
